HOW IT WORKS
The Life Styles Inventory (LSI) has three parts:
Self-description
Here you undertake a self-assessment of your thinking styles, personal effectiveness and satisfaction at work and home.
Peer feedback
Next, up to 8 of your peers, managers and subordinates provide feedback on your behaviour and effectiveness.
Review
Finally, the data collected in both surveys is reviewed and processed. The results are compared to identify your confirmed strengths, unrecognised strengths, blind spots and stumbling blocks.
These results together with any other recommendations are then presented to you in a comprehensive and confidential report. Here, we guide you through the findings and help you develop a strategy to change the way you think and therefore behave.
